Where is Lend Me UR ears based in?

We are based in Singapore.

Do you provide Cash on delivery (COD) services?

Currently, COD is available at our Retail Store or Toy Outpost Locker. (Please check the COD/Audition section for further information). 

What are the payment methods available?

Payment will be via paypalFor Singaporeans, payment can also be made via Bank transfer.

What is the default currency?

The default currency is Singdollar. (SGD) For international customers, you can always convert the figures using the currency converter situated at the top of the website.

If I do not like the item can I get a refund for it?

Can I get a refund if the item is damaged upon arrival?

No. You will have to send it to us and we will send a new set to you.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If it is within warranty, please contact us here. 

Will I be reimbursed with the shipping fee?

No. You will have to bear the shipping fee for shipping the item back to us. Similarly, we will bear the return shipping fee to you. We will not bear any responsibility if the item is missing if it is en route to us but we will take the responsibility if the item is missing when it is en route to you.
